2. Use of Service
You agree:
- Not to send spam or unsolicited messages
- Not to use scraped data for messaging
- To follow WhatsApp Business policies and Meta's terms
- To obtain proper opt-in consent from users before messaging
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Your account credentials and security
- Your data and messaging practices
- Your campaigns and their compliance with applicable laws
- Ensuring your users have opted in to receive messages
4. Payment
- Fees apply based on your usage and subscription plan
- Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms or WhatsApp policies
- Abuse, spam, or illegal activities
- Non-payment of fees
6. Limitation of Liability
G-FAM is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential business losses
- WhatsApp or Meta platform downtime
- Third-party API failures or service interruptions
- Data loss not caused by our gross negligence
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Odisha. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels in Odisha, India.
